2. Demand Analysis
(I) Functional Requirements
 
• Information integration and display: The console needs to integrate multiple information such as video surveillance, data reports, map positioning, and communication contacts, and realize centralized display and real-time update of information through a multi-screen display system to meet the commanders' needs for all-round information mastery.
Command and dispatch and decision support: It has convenient command issuance and task allocation functions, and can provide scientific decision-making suggestions for commanders based on real-time data and preset rules, and assist them in quickly formulating response plans.
Communication coordination and contact: It is equipped with a complete communication system, including telephone, radio, network communication, etc., to ensure real-time communication and information transmission between the command center and external units and on-site personnel, and realize multi-party collaborative operations.
Data processing and analysis: It has strong data processing capabilities and can collect, store, analyze and mine massive data, extract key information, and provide accurate data support for command decisions.
Equipment control and management: It realizes centralized control and management of various equipment in the command center, such as lighting, air conditioning, curtains, etc., to create a suitable working environment and ensure the stable operation of key equipment.

 Spatial layout: The size and layout of the console must conform to the spatial structure of the command center, and the functional areas such as the operation area, display area, and equipment area should be reasonably planned to ensure that personnel activities and equipment operations do not interfere with each other.
